At Zina Market, we understand that prompt and reliable transport is vital when transforming your home. We partner with reputable British carriers to dispatch your storage organizers securely to your home.

1. Shipping Rates & Nationwide Coverage

• Standard Delivery Charges: 100% Free Tracked Shipping on all orders. We never add handling fees or delivery surcharges at checkout.
• Service Destination: We deliver to all destinations across the entire United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and UK offshore territories).

2. Order Timelines & Dispatch Schedules

• Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT / London Time; BST during daylight saving hours). Orders submitted after 2:00 PM are queued for processing on the following business day.
• Fulfillment & Handling Period: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Storage goods are checked, packed securely into reinforced postal boxes, and collected by our logistics partners.
• Transit Duration: 3 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday) for all UK destinations.
• Total Expected Delivery Window: 4 to 8 business days from your order confirmation date.

3. Weekend & UK Bank Holiday Clause

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Public Holidays (Bank Holidays) are not counted as operational handling or transit days. Orders confirmed during weekends or official UK national holidays will commence order processing on the following working business day.

4. Consignment Tracking

Once your storage parcel has left our packing facility, you will automatically receive a dispatch notification email containing your carrier tracking link to trace your delivery right up to your doorstep.
