What should I do if a storage box doesn't fit my cupboard?

We provide a 30-day return window. Each order includes a prepaid return label inside the carton. As long as the item remains in brand-new, unused condition within its original box, you can post it back to us without incurring any carriage fees.

Do you deduct any restocking fees or postage costs on returns?

No. We do not deduct any restocking fees, and return postage is completely free when using the enclosed label.

When will my refund be completed?

Once we receive and inspect your parcel at our warehouse, your refund is completed within 3 working business days back to your Visa or Mastercard account.
