Product Care & Help Guide
Effective home storage systems are designed to make your day-to-day routine easier. To keep your organizers, fabric bins, and shelving systems in optimal condition, we suggest following these basic care guidelines:
1. Fabric Bins, Wardrobe Dividers & Canvas Organizers
- Spot Cleaning: Clean canvas or non-woven fabric storage boxes with a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water. Do not immerse in water or put fabric organizers in a domestic washing machine.
- Moisture & Ventilation: Keep fabric drawer organizers in dry, well-ventilated wardrobes to prevent damp buildup during humid winter months.
- Shape Preservation: Ensure internal bottom reinforcement boards are seated flat before placing folded garments or accessories inside.
2. Clear Acrylic & Plastic Storage Containers
- Scratch Prevention: Clean acrylic boxes and pantry organizers with a microfibre cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid abrasive sponges, scourers, or solvent-based chemical cleaners which can cause surface clouding.
- Temperature Caution: Unless explicitly labeled, household acrylic storage boxes are intended for ambient room temperature and should be kept away from dishwashers and hot ovens.
3. Metal Wire Baskets & Pantry Shelving
- Load Distribution: Distribute heavier pantry tins and household items evenly across the base of metal storage baskets rather than concentrating weight in one corner.
- Dry Environment: Wipe metal wire units dry immediately if liquid spills occur to safeguard powder-coated protective finishes.
