Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel completely assured when organizing your home with Zina Market. If a storage organizer or product does not quite suit your space or interior layout, our 30-day UK return policy is simple, transparent, and completely free of charge.
1. 30-Day Return Window
Customers benefit from a generous 30-calendar-day return window, beginning from the date your storage parcel is marked as delivered by the courier.
2. Eligible Return Condition & Statutory Consumer Rights
- General Return Condition: To qualify for a voluntary return within our 30-day window, items should be in clean, undamaged condition, repacked in their original packaging complete with all components, internal dividers, fixings, and instructional manuals.
- Inspection: Flat-pack organizers and shelving units should not have been permanently assembled or subjected to wear beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the items.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015). UK customers maintain the statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt in accordance with governing UK legislation.
3. How to Use Your Prepaid Return Label (Step-by-Step Mail Return)
To eliminate hassle, a pre-printed, prepaid return shipping label is already enclosed inside your delivery parcel. There are zero return shipping charges and zero restocking fees.
- Repack the Storage Goods: Carefully place the unused item back into its original retail box along with all protective packaging cushions, dividers, and parts.
- Affix the Included Return Label: Seal the parcel securely using standard packing tape. Peel and adhere the included prepaid return shipping label clearly onto the outer flat surface of the box, ensuring it completely covers or replaces the original delivery barcode.
- Hand Over to the Carrier: Take your packaged parcel to your nearest designated post office or postal drop-off point stated on the label. Always request and retain a receipt or proof of postage for tracking.
- Return Shipping Cost: £0.00 (Completely Free).
- Restocking Surcharge: Zero / No Cost (£0.00).
- Return Method: By mail only.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Received
We maintain strict quality control standards, but unforeseen courier mishaps can occasionally happen. If your home storage product arrives cracked, damaged, missing parts, or if an incorrect item was dispatched by mistake:
- Reporting Window: Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and notify our support desk within 48 hours of receipt (or within 7 days at the latest).
- Information Required: Email support@zinamarket.com with your Order Number, a brief explanation of the problem, and clear photographs showing the transit damage, defect, or incorrect item label.
- Our Immediate Resolution: Upon review, we will immediately arrange a free replacement part, a full replacement order, or issue a 100% full refund at no additional expense to you. You will never be charged return postage for transit-damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
5. Inspection & Refund Settlement
- Warehouse Inspection: Once your return arrives at our facility, our staff will inspect the item within 3 business days.
- Refund Method: Authorised refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Settlement Currency: All transactions and refunds are issued in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £). Please allow standard banking clearing time (typically 3–5 working days depending on your card issuer) for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
