White Plastic Wall Mounted Storage Rack with Drawer Multi Layer
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel thoroughly satisfied with your home organization solutions. If a storage unit or organizer is not quite the right dimension or style for your space, our 30-day return policy is simple and free of charge.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days starting from the day your storage parcel is confirmed delivered by our courier to return your purchase.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Returns are strictly accepted for brand-new, completely unused items only.
- Storage organizers, drawer dividers, and shelving units must not have been installed, assembled, or loaded with domestic goods.
- Items must be repacked into their original packaging complete with all dividers, brackets, internal labels, and instructional inserts.
3. How to Use Your Prepaid Return Label (Step-by-Step Mail Return)
To ensure a completely seamless return experience, a prepaid return shipping label is already enclosed inside your delivery parcel.
- Safely Repack the Storage Goods: Carefully place the brand-new, unused item back into its original retail box along with all packaging cushions and fittings.
- Apply the Included Return Label: Firmly tape the box closed. Affix the prepaid return shipping label clearly to the outside of the carton, making sure it covers any previous transit barcodes.
- Hand Over to the Carrier: Drop off the sealed parcel at your nearest designated postal drop-off point or post office branch shown on the label. Always obtain a postage receipt for proof of return.
- Return Shipping Cost: £0.00 (Completely Free).
- Restocking Charge: No cost / Zero (£0.00).
- Return Route: By mail only.
4. Transit Damage, Defects & Incorrect Shipments
We take great pride in quality control, but unforeseen courier mishaps can occur. If an item arrives cracked, missing parts, or if an incorrect product was dispatched:
- Reporting Window: Please contact our support desk within 48 hours of receipt (or within 7 days at the latest).
- Information Required: Email support@zinamarket.com with your Order Number, a brief summary of the issue, and clear photographs highlighting the damage or the incorrect label.
- Resolution Commitment: Following quick inspection, we will immediately provide a free replacement part, a full replacement order, or a 100% full refund with zero extra expense to you.
5. Processing of Refunds
- Inspection Window: Returned storage items are checked by our team within 3 business days of receipt at our depot.
- Payment Reversal: Upon approval, your refund is credited directly to your original purchasing card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Currency: Issued in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £). Please allow standard card processing clearing periods for funds to appear on your bank statement.
